Over the years we have shifted our approach so that it places social justice 和 the perspectives from traditionally underrepresented identities at the center of our work.

学生, 工作人员, 教师, 和 our neighbors in the community come together regularly to engage in activities 和 projects that promote or support sustainability. 在秋季学期, the Center for 可持续性 hosts Sustain-O-Ween, a day of fun fall-themed sustainability workshops, activities 和 learning opportunities; winter quarter brings its cold-w吃her counterpart Sustain-a-Winter, another day filled with opportunities to learn 和 grow with the Center for 可持续性 On our campus-wide Earth Day of DU-ing in the spring, 教师, 工作人员, 学生, 家庭, 校友, 和 friends partner with dozens of campus 和 community partners to complete community service projects designed to make Denver a more just 和 sustainable city. There's almost always some way to get involved in sustainability at DU.
